Student Recognition

At John Muir Middle School, we celebrate students who consistently demonstrate our SOAR values of Safety, Organization, Achieving Goals, and Respect. Each month, we hold a Student of the Month Ceremony to recognize students who exemplify a specific SOAR value or positive character trait, such as cooperation, responsibility, or perseverance. Students are nominated by teachers and staff for modeling these behaviors and making a positive contribution to our Falcon community. Families are invited to attend the ceremony when their student is recognized.
